Can you send me your catalog?

Yes, please contact us by leaving your detailed contact information like email, whatsapp, phone  number, instagram, etc,  or send us an inquiry — we will get back to you soon to send you catalog  and introduce the right products for you.
What are your payment terms?

We accept  T/T, paypal, HSBC bank account, pingpong, etc. Usually at EXW Guangzhou or FOB Guangzhou.

Do you accept purchase on credit?

That depends. Usually we deal at 30% in advance, and the rest payment before shipping.
Do you have the items in stock?

Our regular projector lens will have materials in stock for production quickly. For small orders, we can ship within 3-7 days after receiving payment. Bigger orders like 1000sets, it may take around 30-35 working days.
Can you send free samples?

After we review customer situation, we can provide samples for quality checking.  The sample fee will be charged first but fully refunded once a bulk order is placed.
Can I add my logo on the products?

Yes, we can add your logo. Please contact our sales person to discuss details for customization, for some requirements, there may be MOQ required.
Do you offer customization services?

Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings or develop products according to your specific demand.
How do you provide warranty replacement? Do we need to return the goods ?

No need,  we will tell you specific requirements about how to take photos or videos for the goods that are defective due to quality problems within warranty time, as long as you send us clear videos/photos and quantity, we will be able to apply for after-sale service and offer you new replacements.
